The Water Administration staff works closely with Public Services Department employees to insure the provision of safe, clean potable water services. It is their responsibility to provide accurate and proficient administration of the Town receipts and water system records.

• Provision of clerical accounting duties relating to the utility billing process
• Processes all citizen service requests
• Performs fieldwork in the reading of water meters, meter services, and customer relations
