Lakeview Center is currently closed to in-house meals however we are offering a Curbside Lunch pick up program on Monday, Wed., and Fridays for adults age 60 and over. Like our regular lunch program, this is a grant program that requires registration and requests a $1.50 donation per lunch. During the winter months, we have moved the pick up location to the Recreation Office at 304 Black Mountain Ave.
The Lakeview Senior Center for Active Aging partners with Council on Aging to offer a hot catered meal Monday through Friday. Lunch is served at noon. This is a great opportunity for seniors to get out and meet new people in the area, socialize, and enjoy a great meal and a great time! Meals are available to seniors age 60 and older. A $1.50 donation is appreciated. Please contact Trevia Rhodes to learn more about the program and how to make lunch reservations. Transportation may be available depending on location.
Free Classes
Regular activities in addition to cards, jigsaw puzzles, singing, spanish table, and crafts are available prior to lunch and are FREE beginning at 11:00 a.m. each week.
