Stop Water Service

It is the responsibility of the utility account owner(s) to complete and submit a disconnection request form at least two (2) business days prior to the requested service end date. Failure to notify the Town of needed utility disconnection could result in additional usage and billing fees, for which the account holder will be responsible.

In the event a customer needs to stop service temporarily, such as for a leak, please contact the Town of Black Mountain Water Department at (828) 419-9300, option 1.

To have service permanently disconnected, please fill out and submit the disconnection form below, or you can print a copy and bring it by The Water Department.
