1. When will the interchange for I-40 and Blue Ridge Road be built?

As of right now, construction is expected to begin in 2025.

2. What happens if the Town Council decides not to build the two "replacement" projects known as EB5547A and EB5547B?

The Town would be required to pay back all funding spent to date on the projects.

3. How do I report a pothole or other maintenance issues?

Road and bridge maintenance is not part of the transportation and improvement effort. 

Please contact Town of Black Mountain Public Works for town streets or NCDOT Maintenance for state streets to alert them of maintenance concerns.
